Senior generation or seniors over 50 years did not stop around the world. Surveys show that senior travellers are being recommended and the driving tour of their children.

A survey conducted by Thomas Cook, reputable travel sites, found that older tourists who decided to explore the world’s leading tourist sites far from their homes after hearing recommendations from young travellers.

As many as four out of 10 correspondents in over 50 years said that when young they have never visited and do not intend to travel, but after hearing the advice of the young tourists, it spurred them. One of the popular tourist destination for senior travellers to Thailand, known as the young backpackers paradise.

“Being old does not mean they choose to relax at home. They chose to go and spend time with parents around the world,” said a spokesman for Thomas Cook, as quoted from Dailymail, Sunday (25/03/2012). “It is evident from the increasing order of their tour at the age of 50 years,” he continued.

Some 50 percent said it plans correspondents around the world even after retirement. The survey found the cause because they are jealous of the young people who could go anywhere.

Meanwhile, 40 percent of the correspondents said they even opt adventure tourism activities, which can stimulate adrenaline. This survey shows cities and is a favorite tourist destination senior, that is Australia in the first place, followed next in succession by Canada, New Zealand, the United States, and the Caribbean.

Phenomenal movie, Harry Potter there is no end to enchant his fans around the world. Today, Singapore is prepared to welcome this witch herd in June 2012.

The ArtScience Museum at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, announced that Harry Potter: The Exhibition will be in Singapore from June 2 to September 30, 2012. Tickets will go on sale from 1 May 2012. Harry Potter Exhibition will feature hundreds of costumes and properties of 8 Harry Potter film.

For the first time in Singapore and Asia, Harry Potter fans will see up close all the artefacts that exist in the movies is phenomenal. The exhibition is organized by Global Experience Specialists, Inc.. (GES), in collaboration with Warner Bros. Consumer Products.

“Harry Potter is a major phenomenon in Asia, and we are delighted to bring the fans to see the direct part of the Harry Potter movies is in Harry Potter: The Exhibition in Singapore,” said Karen McTier, executive vice president of Warner Bros.
